We sell our products in the United Kingdom

SHIPPING COST AND TAX
- The list of costs and totals is in US GBP.
- There is no membership fee at our site.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & amp; ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Handling time 1-2 Days (Monday to Sunday)

Transit time - 2-4 Days (Monday to Sunday)

Cut Off Time- 7.00 PM ( (UTC+01.00 ) Western European Summer Time 

All orders ship the same day if placed before 7.00 PM

 DELIVERY TERMS

To ship the merchandise, we use (Example: UPS, Redex, DHL etc) Shipping.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once it is in transit, we are unable to alter the delivery address. Contact us at michael@shealuv.com or call us at 07553 060504 within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the delivery location.

 MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
For a single order, we don't offer shipping to different addresses. Please place separate orders if you want products delivered to different addresses.

WRONG ADDRESS
You will be responsible for paying all shipping fees for resending the product if you provide the incorrect address during checkout and it is returned to us.

DELAYED:
There are certain instances of delay, though. If your order won't be delivered for more than 11 business days, we'll let you know right away.

CANCELLATION:

We can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped if you decide to change your mind before receiving your order. Please refer to our return policy if an order has already been shipped out.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
